深圳市韩合集成电路研究院成立于 2012 年 5 月份，是由韩国政府(产业通商资源部)和深圳市政府合作的首家国际合作形式的公益性公共研发机构。并且于2020年8月在中国上海成立了研究院分院机构。
Korea China System IC Institute was established in May 2012. It is the first public welfare public R&D institution in the form of international cooperation between the Korean government (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) and the Shenzhen Municipal Government. And in August 2020, a branch institution of the Research Institute was established in Shanghai, China.
2012 년 5 월 , 한국 정부 (산업 통상 자원부)와 심천 정부가 국제 협력 형태로 만든 최초의 공공 R & D 기관으로 한중 시스템 IC 협력 연구원이 설립되였습니다.
